Windsor‑built 2027 Chrysler Pacifica gets major price reduction in Canada

Stellantis has announced Canadian pricing for the 2027 Windsor‑built Chrysler Pacifica, with the automaker cutting prices by thousands of dollars.

The company says the cost of the Pacifica will be reduced by as much as $7,200 in Canada.

The Chrysler Pacifica Select front‑wheel‑drive model will be priced at $52,995, while the all‑wheel‑drive version will cost $57,995. Both represent a price reduction of $4,200.

The Pacifica Limited and Pinnacle trims will be priced at $63,995 and $72,995, respectively, reflecting reductions of up to $7,200.

Stellantis Canada president and chief executive Trevor Longley said the company is responding to shifting consumer preferences.

“The market used to be much more dynamic in terms of cars, trucks, SUVs and minivans. It became very homogenous for a period of time, where it was straight‑up crossovers and SUVs,” Longley said. “We’re seeing a real shift back to practical vehicles that look great and really function for Canadian families.”

Longley said the Pacifica will carry the lowest starting price of any seven‑passenger all‑wheel‑drive vehicle in Canada.

“Many Canadians have been going to large SUVs. As those become increasingly more expensive and affordability becomes a challenge for many Canadians, we want to make sure that we come up with a really great value proposition that helps Canadian families,” he said.

Stellantis also confirmed the 2027 Chrysler Grand Caravan will maintain a starting price below $50,000, including destination and additional fees. The minivan will start at $49,995.

Longley said competitive pricing is key to attracting buyers to the Windsor‑built vehicles.

“You also have to compete with the products that are in the market and make sure the pricing is very sharp and the value packaging that we’ve put together makes sense for Canadians; it’s super important,” he said. “It can’t just be that it’s Canadian‑made in today’s world. It has to be that plus that it’s super well priced.”

The refreshed 2027 Chrysler Pacifica was unveiled earlier this month at the New York International Auto Show. Updates include a redesigned front exterior, an illuminated wing badge and new safety technology, while retaining the Stow ’n Go seating system.

Production of the 2027 Pacifica and 2027 Grand Caravan is set to begin in the coming months at the Windsor Assembly Plant, with the vehicles expected to arrive at dealerships later this summer.
