Hot weather with some rain in the forecast for Ottawa

Ottawa is due for a stretch of hot weather to close out the long weekend, but the spring heat will come alongside a few showers.

According to Environment Canada’s weather forecast, Sunday will be sunny and reach a high of 22 C. Overnight, expect a low of 9 C and a 40 per cent chance of showers.

On Monday, temperatures should reach 28 C and there is 40 per cent chance of showers.

On Tuesday, expect another high of 28 C with some showers.

Expect cloudy skies and a high of 25 C on Wednesday.
