Officials are investigating following a house fire early Sunday morning.
Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service (WFPS) crews were called to a two-storey, multi-unit residential building in the 1400 block of Winnipeg Avenue shortly after 2 a.m.
Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the building. They attacked the blaze and declared it under control about 35 minutes later.
No injuries were reported and no damage estimates are available.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
