Comedian Louis C.K. is set to launch a 75-date North American tour in Winnipeg.

True North Sports and Entertainment announced C.K. will bring his “Ridiculous” tour to the Burton Cummings Theatre on April 17 and 18.

Louis C.K. newsletter members will be able to access the tour’s first pre-sale starting Tuesday at 10 a.m. A pre-sale for venue subscribers begins Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. local time, and tickets will go on sale to the general public on Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. local time.

Tickets start at $49 plus fees and are available through Ticketmaster.

C.K. is a six-time Emmy and three-time Grammy winner with 10 standup specials under his belt.

Amid the meteoric rise, the comedian was accused by five women of inappropriate sexual behaviour in 2017, during the height of the #MeToo movement.

C.K. said their accusations were true, vowing to take a step back. He made a return to comedy with three consecutive sold-out tours, including the first live-streamed comedy show at Madison Square Garden.
