A person was taken to hospital Thursday evening after they climbed a construction crane in Winnipeg’s Exchange District.
Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service told CTV News Winnipeg crews responded to reports of someone on the crane in the 200 block of William Avenue.
As crews got ready to go up after the person in a high-angle rescue, also involving a drone, the person climbed down on their own.
Paramedics took the person to hospital, but there is no word on their condition.
