Windsor CAO announces retirement

Windsor CAO Joe Mancina is retiring. Mayor Drew Dilkens made the announcement on social media Friday, calling Mancina a “trusted colleague … and a strong source of guidance.”

Mancina stepped into the role of CAO in 2023 and previously served as chief financial officer (CFO). He has served the community for over three decades, according to Dilkens.

Mancina’s retirement will take effect May 1, 2025.
