A Leamington man is facing several charges after a traffic complaint made to police.
The incident happened in the early hours of March 9 in the town of Essex.
Police located the vehicle on Allen Avenue and initiated a traffic stop.
As a result, the 21 year old was charged with failure or refusal to comply with demand, dangerous operation, resist peace officer, and assault a peace officer.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
