A licensed practical nurse from B.C.’s Interior has been suspended for showing an explicit video to his coworkers, according to the professional regulator.

Justin Fountain, form Kamloops, entered into a consent agreement with B.C.’s College of Nurses and Midwives that was published online Tuesday.

The “practice issues” a disciplinary panel noted occurred in 2023 and included “showing a private and explicit video of a staff member to other staff members without their consent.” Fountain also made an “error in medication administration.”

In addition to a two-week suspension, Fountain agreed to a public reprimand and “remedial education” on issues including boundaries and ethics.
