Regular service resumes on TTC’s Line 1 after to signal problem

The TTC says regular service has resumed along a stretch of Line 1 this morning following an earlier signal problem.

The issue is impacted service between Queen’s Park and Finch stations, the transit agency confirmed.

Service was briefly shut down along that section of the Yonge-University line on Tuesday morning but was restored a short time later. Delays of up to 15 minutes were reported along the line earlier this morning but the TTC said normal operations resumed at around 8 a.m.
