Two women seriously injured following crash on Sask. highway

Saskatchewan RCMP are investigating a serious crash involving a car and an SUV on Thursday.

The crash was reported around 9:35 p.m. on Highway 14, east of the turnoff to Grandora, according to a news release from RCMP.

Police say the woman who was the lone occupant of the car was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries, while the driver of the SUV was taken to hospital by EMS with serious injuries.

Highway 14 was temporarily closed but has since been re-opened.
