Fruzsina De Cloedt

Fruzsina De Cloedt joined CTV News Yorkton in the spring of 2025. Before moving to Canada in January 2024, she worked as an investigative journalist in Hungary between 2015 and 2018, later followed by work in finance and diplomacy. After moving to Canada and Saskatchewan, she quickly developed an interest in Western culture and agriculture. She most enjoys reporting about ag topics. When she’s not working, Fruzsina enjoys playing video games, volunteering, and hiking with her husband Matt and dog Poe. She attended Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary where she graduated with a Bachelor of Far Eastern Languages and Cultures followed by a Master of Communications and Media Studies. She later obtained a Master’s Degree in Human Rights Law from Central European University. She speaks Hungarian, English, and Japanese.
