Ottawa paramedics say a man is in critical condition after a single-vehicle crash west of Kemptville Sunday afternoon.
A paramedics spokesperson says emergency crews responded to Donnelly Drive near the community of Burritts Rapids at approximately 1:30 p.m.
A man in his 30s suffered “significant injuries” in the crash. He was airlifted to hospital by Ornge Air, paramedics say.
Ottawa police closed Donnelly Drive between Dwyer Hill and Gilroy roads for several hours. It has since reopened.
The crash site is located approximately 65 kilometres southwest of downtown Ottawa on the edge of the city’s boundary.
