Canada-wide warrant issued for offender after breaching his release in eastern Ontario

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 26-year-old man who’s breached his statutory release, according to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

The warrant was issued by the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad.

Dylan Doey is described as Metis, five-foot-seven and 160 pounds. He has a tattoo of a Star over his right eye, and a teardrop under his left eye.

Police say he is serving a three-year, seven-month, nine-day sentence for two counts of robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, break, enter and commit, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, forcible confinement and utter threats to cause harm and death.

He is known to frequent the Kingston, Timmins and Iroquois Falls areas.
