Environment Canada’s weather forecast for Ottawa calls for a cloudy Friday with a 60 per cent chance of showers in the afternoon. The high is 20 with a humidex of 25.

Overnight, expect a low of 12 C with clouds and a 60 per cent chance of showers and a risk of a thunderstorm.

Saturday’s forecast is cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of showers and a risk of a thunderstorm in the afternoon, with a high of 21 C and a humidex of 26.

Sunday’s forecast has a mix of sun and cloud with a 40 per cent chance of showers and a high of 23 C.

Monday’s outlook is cloudy with a high of 24 C and a 40 per cent chance of showers.

So far this month, Ottawa has seen 93.8 millimetres of rain, including 16.9 mm on Thursday.
