The Ontario government has started sending out $200 cheques to taxpayers

Ontario residents could soon be able to pocket some extra money as the province confirmed Friday that the promised rebate cheques are now being sent. The Ontario Government said eligible residents can expect to receive a $200 rebate cheque. To be eligible, residents must have been 18 or older on Dec. 31, 2023 and have filed their 2023 income tax return by the end of last year.
