Police in North Bay have released a photo of a suspect wanted for assault following an incident Thursday morning in the city.
At around 10 a.m., staff at a business on Lakeshore Drive asked her to leave, “at which time she threw a hot beverage at the victim (a staff member),” police said in a news release Friday.
“The suspect then left the area. An image of the suspect is included with this media release.”
Police want to hear from anyone with information that could help identify the woman or help with the investigation -- including security camera footage or dash camera footage from the area around the time of the incident.
