Ontario Provincial Police said late Saturday evening that Highway 11 has reopened in Kirkland Lake, and arrests have been made in the incident.

“Three individuals have been taken into custody,” police said.

“No further information will be released at this time, as the investigation is still ongoing.”

Police also said Saturday evening that Woods Street between McCamus Avenue and Taylor Avenue has been reopened.
