SUDBURY — Temiskaming OPP have found the body of a snowmobiler who went through the ice just oustide of North Bay. Police say a man had gone out on a snow machine last night and did not return.
Today, after a search by police dive teams, the body was found near Bell Island in the Municipality of Temagami and was retrieved from the lake.
Police say the victim is now identified as 71-year old Thomas Evans of Temagami.
