Quebec police searching for missing teen girls last seen in Joliette

Quebec provincial police are searching for missing 17-year-old girls Noémie Dalpé and Mélodie Gagné, who were both last seen in Joliette, northeast of Montreal. (SQ)

Quebec provincial police (SQ) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two missing teen girls who were reported missing this week northeast of Montreal.

Police say Noémie Dalpé, 17, of St-Thomas, Que. Was last seen on Tuesday afternoon in neighbouring Joliette.

The SQ said she could be in Laval, Edmonton or elsewhere.

“Those close to her have reason to fear for her health and safety,” the SQ said.

Dalpé is 5’5,” weighs around 120 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.

She has several piercings on her face and a birthmark on her right shoulder blade. She has multiple tattoos and was wearing black jogging pants, a black fur coat and black and white Nike shoes when she was last seen.

Mélodie Gagné, 17, from Joliette was last seen on Monday in the Ladouceur Street area of Joliette.

The SQ said she could be in Rawdon, Chertsey or elsewhere in the Lanaudiere region.

Gagné is also 5’5,” and weighs around 100 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
