Vehicle stuck in snowbank, charges laid: OPP

Middlesex OPP have laid charges after a vehicle hit a snowbank in Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation.

On Feb. 28 just before noon, police received complaints about a driver, where police found the vehicle stunk in a snowbank on Iroquois Road.

Officers arrested the driver and as a result, a 32-year-old Oneida Nation of the Thames First Nation man has been charged with several impaired driving related charges, including operation while impaired, possession of a schedule one substance – cocaine, and failure or refusal to comply with demand.
