A Sarnia man is facing charges after police responded to a crash on Monday.
Around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to Imperial Oil on Christina Street for reports that a vehicle crashed through a security gate.
According to police, a man who appeared to be impaired, was uncooperative, resisting arrest and gave a fake name.
When he was eventually correctly identified, the 51 year old was arrested and charged with impaired operation, resisting arrest, and personation.
