Roof fire in London’s OEV

Damage is estimated at $15,000 after a roof fire in London’s Old East Village.

Crews were called to the scene on Dunas Street near English Street on Friday morning and were able to keep the fire from spreading to the interior.

"The swift response and coordination played a crucial role in containing the blaze," read a post by London fire on social media.

The fire is under investigation.
