Fire damages garage and vehicle inside in north London

Fire caused extensive damage to the garage of a north London home Sunday evening.

Fire crews were called to the home on Wright Crescent around 11 p.m.

The fire did extensive damage in the garage area, with a car and two motorcycles also damaged by flames.

Fire didn’t make it into the home, but there was considerable smoke inside. Heat from the fire also damaged the exterior of the home above the garage.

Occupants who were inside made it out before fire crews arrived and were checked over by EMS at the scene for possible smoke inhalation.

There’s no word on a damage estimate at this time.
