Fanshawe postpones fall convocation amid ongoing labour disruption

Fanshawe College is postponing fall convocation ceremonies in London because of the ongoing labour disruption at Ontario colleges.

The college says the decision was made to give students, their families, and supporters enough time to adjust their plans.

Fanshawe acknowledged the disappointment and said the school is committed to ensuring graduates get the celebration they deserve.

The ceremonies were scheduled for Nov. 4 and 5, with graduates are now being invited to take part in next year’s June convocation.
