Familiar face returning to St. Thomas council

A familiar face is returning to St. Thomas city council.

Former councillor Joan Rymal has been selected to fill the current vacancy following Steve Peters’ resignation last month.

She previously served two terms in 2014 and 2018.

Rymal will be sworn in during the Dec. 8 meeting.
