Armed robbery suspect wanted: STPS

St. Thomas police are searching for an armed robbery suspect.

According to police, a lone man entered a Talbot Street variety store around 2:15 a.m. Monday and attempted to assault an employee.

The suspect then fled on foot.

He is described as male, wearing a black coat, a black toque and red mittens. Police say he used a red bandana to cover his face.
