Police investigating two hate-motivated graffiti incidents in Waterloo Region

The Waterloo Regional Police Service is investigating two separate hate-motivated graffiti incidents reported in Cambridge and Waterloo on the same day.

Police said officers were called to Lowther Street South in Cambridge on Saturday for a report of graffiti containing hate-motivated writing on public property.

That same day, police received another report in Waterloo after similar graffiti was found on public property in the area of Glen Forrest Boulevard and Toll Gate Boulevard.

Both incidents are being investigated separately, and both investigations remain ongoing.

No suspect information has been released in either case.
