Hockey fans across the country will be up early Sunday morning to watch Canada’s men’s team battle its arch-rival for the top spot on the Olympic podium.

Puck drop for the gold medal game between Canada and the U.S. is set for 8:10 a.m. ET. If you’re looking to swap your pajamas for a jersey, here’s where you can watch the game in Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.

Moose Winooski’s Breakfast of Champions in Kitchener

If you’re hungry for gold (and for a good meal), get down to The Moose at 20 Heldmann Rd., in Kitchener. They’ll be serving up a special breakfast plate of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, homefries and toast for $15.99. Doors open at 7:45 a.m., and the bar will start serving drinks and cups of joe just in time for the action.

Kentucky Bourbon & BBQ will open its doors at 8 a.m. Sunday. On tap - beer, liquor, and hopefully, a gold medal in Milan! Located at 103 King St. N in Waterloo.

The Gaslight District in Cambridge

Bundle up and bring your lawn chair to the Gaslight District in Galt to watch Canada and the U.S. men’s hockey teams battle it out on the big screen. The free showing begins at 8:10 a.m.

The Duke & Duchess Pub - Olympic Hockey Final in Cambridge

Fancy a British pub to watch the heated rivalry on the ice? The Duke & Duchess Pub in Cambridge, Ont., opens at 7:30 a.m. Sunday. They’ll be serving up pints and piping hot breakfasts to fans as they cheer on the boys in red. Reservations are encouraged.

Royal City Brewing in Guelph

A big game calls for a big screen! Royal City Brewing will be serving up the gold medal game in its Beer Hall starting at 8 a.m., alongside a couple of breakfast features and $15 steins.

If formal events aren’t your cup of tea, there are several other bars and restaurants that will be showing the game on Sunday. The Ontario government has allowed liquor sales to start at 6 a.m., so fans can cheer on Team Canada with a breakfast beer, caesar, or another alcoholic beverage bright and early!
