Brantford Police seek witnesses, video footage in stolen vehicle investigation

Brantford Police are asking the public for help after a vehicle was stolen and recovered Saturday morning.

At 7:48 a.m., police responded to a call about a black 2015 Chrysler Town and Country van stolen from a driveway on Munro Circle.

Police say the vehicle was later found near Pearl and Usher streets around 9 a.m.

During the investigation, police discovered a person of interest captured on video near Munro Circle around 2:30 a.m.

Residents living on or near Munro Circle, as well as Pearl and Usher streets, are asked to review security and dashcam footage between 2:30 a.m. and 2:35 a.m. Saturday. The suspect is described as a male wearing a hat, red jacket, black pants and black shoes.
