The Waterloo Regional Police arrested a 70-year-old man after they said he exposed himself to a child in Waterloo Sunday afternoon.

Police said they received a report of a man who exposed himself to a child at around 4:40 p.m. They said it happened at a store in the area of Weber Street North and King Street North. The man then left the store before police got there.

North Neighbourhood Policing officers were able to identify and find the suspect. Police arrested and charged the man for indecent act and disobeying a court order. He has a scheduled court appearance in May 2025.
