The Edmonton Police Service has identified a man who was found dead last year.

The man was found in the area of 107 Avenue and 99 Street on Oct. 10. Police said his death is not believed to be suspicious.

On Tuesday, police released images of the clothing he was wearing and a digitally edited image of the man in hopes of identifying him.

Police said on Wednesday that, with the help of the public, the man’s family had been found.
