A 35-year-old man was found dead in a west Edmonton home Friday morning.
Police said John Monares was found by officers responding to a call for help from EMS at a home near 162 Street and 96 Avenue at about 1 a.m.
His death is believed to be suspicious, and homicide detectives have taken over the case.
An autopsy was done on Friday, but police said the cause and manner of death are still under investigation.
