A Spruce Grove man is facing charges after a fatal crash east of Edmonton last September.
A 65-year-old man from Gunn, Alta., was killed when a truck driver hit his car on Sept. 17 in the area of Township Road 554 and Range Road 214.
Kevin Jones, 42, was charged with driving while impaired causing death, dangerous driving causing death and driving while impaired.
He’s scheduled to appear in court on May 28.
