Police on Friday released a photo of a Grande Prairie man who is wanted across Canada and accused of sexually assaulting a minor and publishing images of the assault.

Mounties arrested Justin Radcliffe, 45, on July 19, 2022, two days after the assault was reported to the detachment in northern Alberta.

He is charged with:

  • possession of child pornography;
  • two counts of accessing child pornography;
  • possession of child pornography for the purpose of publishing;
  • sexual assault;
  • sexual interference; and
  • voyeurism.

Police say Radcliffe failed to appear for court and RCMP have been unable to find him. The warrant for his arrest was made national in October 2024.

“The RCMP has exhausted the regular outlets to bring this issue to a resolution and bring Mr. Radcliffe into custody and ... we’re reaching out to the public to try to assist us in locating Mr. Radcliffe to bring a resolution to this matter,” Const. Patrick McPhee told CTV News Edmonton.

Radcliffe is known to frequent Kelowna and Falkland, B.C.
