Wednesday will be another cold one, but Thursday should be a bit better

Published:

Cold "stretch" indeed. We can expect this cold to stretch through much of February. But we're in the coldest bit now.

It’ll be another cold one, Wednesday.

This is cold to take seriously—especially in the morning when it could feel like -39 at times with that pesky wind chill.

There is the risk of frostbite in less than 20 minutes to exposed skin with a wind chill at that level.

We could pick up a couple of centimetres of snow in Calgary on Wednesday.

Are you a glass-half-full or half-empty kind of person?

Looking at this forecast, do you focus on the Saturday high of -7 C or all the other colder days of the week?

Either way, it will be a more reasonable cold starting on Thursday!
