Police investigate collision involving pedestrian in city's southeast

Pedestrians hurt in pair of incidents Watch: Police are investigating after two people, including a 14-year-old girl, were hurt in separate crashes.

Emergency crews were called to the scene of a crash in the city's southeast on Friday morning that sent one person to hospital with minor injuries.

Police were called to the intersection of Mckenzie Towne Dr. and Elgin Meadows Way S.E. at about 8:35 a.m. for reports of a crash.

EMS transported a 14-year-old girl to Foothills Hospital with minor injuries.

The crash scene was cleared just after noon and there is no word on any charges.
