One airlifted, another hospitalized after three-car Dufferin County crash

Provincial police are investigating a serious crash in Dufferin County late Friday evening that resulted in two occupants getting hospitalized.

According to Dufferin OPP, emergency crews responded to reports of a three-car crash at around 11:55 p.m. on Highway 10 between County Road 17 and 280 Sideroad.

Police say one man was hospitalized locally with non-life-threatening injuries, while another was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre with injuries that were deemed life-threatening.

Police confirm that the driver and passenger of the third vehicle were uninjured.

As of 11 a.m. Saturday morning, police said the person who was airlifted was in stable condition.
