Two in hospital after car, transport truck collide in Greenwich, N.S.

Two people were hospitalized after a crash in the Annapolis Valley, N.S., on Tuesday.

Two people were taken to hospital after a car and transport truck collided in Greenwich, N.S.

Kings District RCMP, along with firefighters and paramedics, responded to the two-vehicle crash on Highway 1 at the Greenwich Connector around 2:10 a.m. Tuesday.

Police say two people in the car were taken to hospital with injuries. Police did not comment on the extent of their injuries.

The driver of the transport truck was not injured.

“We can’t speculate on causes. There are no charges at this time,” reads an email from Nova Scotia RCMP Cpl. Carlie McCann.

No other details about the crash have been released by police.
