Gas prices decrease slightly in N.S., N.B., remain the same in P.E.I.

The price of regular self-serve gasoline and diesel decreased in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, with no changes in P.E.I.

Nova Scotia

In Nova Scotia, the price of regular self-serve gasoline in the Halifax-area slightly decreased by 0.8 cents. The minimum price in the Halifax area is now 163.0 cents per litre.

The price of diesel decreased by one cent. The minimum price is now 191.6.

The minimum price of regular self-serve gasoline in Cape Breton is 164.9 cents per litre, and the minimum price of diesel is 193.6 cents per litre.

New Brunswick

The price for regular self-serve gasoline decreased by 0.9 cents in New Brunswick overnight. The new maximum price is 166.8 cents per litre.

Diesel dipped by 0.1 cents. The new maximum price for diesel in New Brunswick is 195.8 cents per litre.

Prince Edward Island

On P.E.I., the price of gas did not change. The minimum price for regular self-serve gasoline remains at 170.4 cents per litre.

For a third week in a row, the price of diesel did not change. The minimum price remains at 200.8 cents per litre.
