Woman charged after crash in Kingsville

A 39-year-old woman has been charged with impaired driving after a collision in Kingsville.

Essex County OPP responded to the crash on Feb.15 at 11:31 p.m.

The Leamington woman was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

-Operation while impaired - alcohol and drugs

-Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Windsor on Feb. 28, to answer to the charges.
