Three suspects wanted in connection to retail thefts worth over $11,000

The Windsor Police Service has issued arrest warrants for three suspects wanted in connection to multiple retail thefts in the city.

On May 12, the WPS made a call for information after more than $11,000 worth of product was stolen from two pharmacies and a clothing store in Windsor.

Since the call was made, officers were able to identify the suspects wanted. The three men are also wanted in other jurisdictions for similar charges.

Windsor police believe the suspects are connected to a bigger organized crime group working across Canada.

The suspects are:

Remus Constantin, 27

• White man
• 5 feet 9 inches tall
• 220 pounds
• Brown hair
• Brown eyes

Wanted for:

• Participation in a criminal organization
• Theft over $5,000
• Two counts of theft under $5,000
• Failure to comply with a release order

Florin Rostas, 46

• White man
• 5 feet 10 inches tall
• 220 pounds
• Black hair
• Brown eyes

Wanted for:

• Participation in a criminal organization
• Theft under $5,000
• Theft over $5,000

Constantine Voicu, 33

• No description provided by police

Wanted for:

• Participation in a criminal organization
• Theft under $5,000

The suspects are believed to be driving an older model GMC Acadia.
