Man charged in alleged sexual assault at North York medical clinic

A 69-year-old man has been charged in connection with an alleged sexual assault at a medical clinic in North York in November.

Toronto police said an individual attended the clinic located near Finch Avenue West and Oakdale Road, and during her examination, she was sexually assaulted.

As a result of their investigation, police arrested Ajax resident Akthar Naeem on Thursday. He has been charged with sexual assault.
