Snow is in the forecast for Ottawa this Saturday, as the weather agency calls for a 70 per cent chance of flurries late this morning and this afternoon.

Environment Canada calls for a high of -3 C today, wind chill -24 this morning and -9 this afternoon. A low of -6 C and a few flurries are expected for tonight.

Sunday will also be snowy. The weather agency is calling for a high of -2 C and a 40 per cent chance of flurries. A low of -7 C and a 40 per cent chance of flurries are expected overnight.

On Monday, the capital will see a high of 1 C and flurries. A 70 per cent chance of snow or rain is forecasted for the night.

The average temperatures for this time of year are a high of -2 C and a low of -11 C.
