A bright, sunny sky is in store for Ottawa this Tuesday.

Environment Canada’s weather forecast for the capital calls for a high of 29 C with a humidex of 35. The UV index is 8, or very high.

Tuesday evening is looking clear, with a low of 18 C overnight.

Wednesday’s forecast is mainly sunny with a high of 30 C and a humidex of 37.

Clouds return Thursday, bringing a 40 per cent chance of showers and a high of 29 C.

Friday’s outlook is mainly cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of showers and a high of 27 C.

Saturday is looking sunny, but Sunday could be cloudy.
