Police investigating home invasion on Montreal’s South Shore

The Roussillon Intermunicipal Police Department investigating following a home invasion in Saint-Constant, in the Montérégie.

According to police, three individuals broke into an apartment around 2:37 a.m. Saturday.

For reasons unknown to police, the suspects allegedly assaulted the home’s occupant.

The victim was transported to hospital with head injuries.

The suspects were arrested and will be questioned.

Police say it appears to be an isolated incident but is asking the public for any information relevant to the investigation.
