Sedan crosses median after collision with transport truck

The westbound lanes of Exeter Road are closed after a collision at Exeter and Sholto Drive.

The crash involved a sedan and a transport truck with the impact caving in the driver-side door of the sedan.

The car then travelled over the centre median, shearing of a traffic sign that became jammed under the vehicle.

There’s no immediate word on injuries or charges.

Traffic is backed up to Wellington Road which is already experiencing traffic issues caused by BRT construction lane restrictions.
