London police seek suspect in north-end thefts

London police are searching for a suspect they say is involved in two thefts from a business in the city’s north end last month.

On Jan. 6, a woman entered the business in the area of Fanshawe Park Road and Adelaide Street North. Police say she stole product and then fled the store on foot.

Then again on Jan. 9, a security officer working at the same business recognized the woman from the previous theft as she entered into the store.

Police say she was seen a short time later leaving the store with stolen merchandise.

Officers have yet to locate the suspect, but were provided with a description:

-white female

-approximately 5’5”

-thin build

-shoulder-length, black, wavy hair

The investigation remains ongoing.
