Waterloo man charged with committing an indecent act near Wilfrid Laurier University

Waterloo Regional Police have charged a man with committing an indecent act near a university.

On Thursday, a member of the public contacted the Wilfrid Laurier University Special Constable Service around 8:30 a.m. They said they had seen a man committing an indecent act in the Marshall Street and Regina Street North area.

Special constables went to the area and arrested a man. He was handed over to police.

Officers said they seized suspected crystal methamphetamine.

A 33-year-old man was charged with committing an indecent act, trespass/prowl near a dwelling and possession of schedule I drugs.
