Police investigating report of male recording a child changing in Waterloo

Waterloo Regional Police Service is investigating after they were told a child was recorded while changing in a private stall at a recreational complex.

The report came in on Wednesday around 7:15 p.m. Officers were told a male, possibly a teenager, recorded the child at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex on Father David Bauer Drive.

The suspect was described as a Brown male, approximately 16-years-old, with short hair. Police were told he was wearing beige track pants and a beige hoodie.
