67-year-old dies after three-vehicle crash in Wellesley Township

Waterloo Regional Police say a 67-year-old man has died after a white a white Dodge Caravan, a blue box truck and a white transport truck collided in Wellesley Township early Monday morning.

Police were called to Line 86, near Lavery Road, around 6:40 a.m.

“The Dodge Caravan entered an oncoming traffic lane and was struck by the oncoming box truck,” police said in a media release.

The Kitchener man, who was driving the Dodge, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The drivers of the transport truck and box truck were not hurt.

Police asking anyone with information on the crash to give them a call.
